A character with no arms that uses magic to create hands ! said spectral hands are glowy and semi transparent- they act as a dim light source and can stretch pretty far away from her body. maybe a good couple meters away? Since they aren't attached to her, she cant use them to climb or swing, but they certainly can grab, smack, punch, etc.! Hands can shrink and be any size between normally proportioned, and the large size shown in image. she is mute due to the missing jaw and communicates with ASL, and thats about it :3

She/her for sure, extra neopronouns encouraged/up to interpretation but she is definitely not masc (outside of genderbend). I personally imagine her spellcasting is learned like a wizard rather than innate from birth or from some kind of magic item but this does not have to be the case for everyone !!!
